Director of Client Services

As a Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for Quiq's implementation, professional services and client support. In this role you will be implementing and coordinating processes and systems that promote exceptional service delivery during the pre and post go-live. Duties include setting goals for management, supervising team activity and workload, and overseeing the professional services, implementation, and conversational design teams. You will also work across multiple departments, ensuring customer commitments are properly scoped and delivered. This position reports to the SVP of Product & Engineering and is the most senior services role in the organization. years experience in a client facing role in a B2B SaaS company, including professional services, implementation/training and customer support. Minimum 5 years experience managing professional services, including process development, project scoping and project management Prior experience delivering services for a B2B SaaS CRM, marketing/ecommerce, customer service or contact center software provider is highly desired Exemplary problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions with little guidance, and craft high quality solutions Experience leading nimble and efficient services and implementation teams delivering projects with high quality and on schedule Demonstrated ability to work well in a cross functional team environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving As a senior leader, make decisions with incomplete information, often working in ambiguity, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and align and inspire your teams to achieve the very best for themselves and our customers Strong executive-level presentation skills and communication Demonstrated ability to build and lead managers and their teams, achieving exceptional results while ensuring a positive, supportive, and balanced work/life culture Responsibilities Overall responsibility for all client facing services including pre-sale project scoping and technical architecture and post-sale implementation/training, professional services and client support Direct involvement in key professional services projects, deeply understanding the planning and execution of active projects Supporting managers of the Implementation, Support and Professional Services teams Define, refine, and deploy standards and procedures across the services organization including requirements gathering, scoping, designing, implementation, and support Participate in early evaluations during due diligence of a pre-sales cycle, ensuring the customer requirements are well understood, expectations are aligned and communicated effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Report on progress to the account executives and be the single point of contact for the services organization Participate in and lead the roll out of our future-looking strategy, organizing and optimizing the efforts of the combined services teams Benefits and Perks:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
