Operational Excellence Manager (OPEX)

Job Description Johns Manville is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of OPEX Manager. This position is in our manufacturing facility located in Willows, CA. This key role has overall responsibility to manage the introduction of new products, processes and technologies into Production at the Willows Plant. This role also reviews existing processes and manages the transitions of technologies and new processes along with developing and executing validation protocols for new and existing processes and equipment. The OPEX Manager supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Monitor project assignments in process improvement and process control efforts for the fiberglass/insulation facility. Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements Leading and facilitating the introduction of new processes, equipment and production of products (new and existing). Providing hands on technical support and guidance to departments/staff, as needed, regarding related issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards and validation regulations. Implement key processes and maintenance improvement programs requiredwhile meeting Company and OSHA safety requirements. Identify solutions to process issues and work with all plants to standardize processes. Monitor and report on the progress of technical projects and ensuring that there is a continuous drive and focus on meeting schedules and agreed timescales. Work closely with key Production, Quality, and Engineering when assessing and developing new technical process capabilities. Contributing to the project plan for the introduction of new products, processes and technologies, highlighting target dates and key milestones for the project. Train and develop employees to achieve plant goals in key areas of safety, quality and process improvements. Act as department liaison with Division and Corporate processes, fiberization and glass technology groups Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operation Proven ability to identify and solve technical issues Working knowledge of OSHA regulations Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) Demonstrate ability to lead and manage people and projects Ability to provide basic technical training Working knowledge of Lean systems highly desired Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively #WIL-5540

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
